About the Role
We are looking for a Blockchain Data Analyst to join our Data Science team at World. This role focuses on providing business intelligence services and deriving data-driven insights to support key decisions in our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement analyses based on on-chain data or combining on-chain data with internal data
- →Communicate analysis results both internally and publicly
- →Identify valuable questions, data sources, and analysis methodologies
- →Expand and improve our blockchain analytics data pipeline
- →Collaborate with economists, software developers, data engineers, and business analysts
Requirements
- ✓Advanced degree (MSc, PhD preferred) in a technical field
- ✓Experience working in a leading data role in a web3/crypto startup
- ✓Strong experience analyzing blockchain data, including raw data and DeFi data
- ✓Advanced working knowledge of SQL and Python
- ✓Understanding of EVM and smart contracts, ability to read Solidity
- ✓Knowledge of DeFi protocols' technical functions and economic concepts
- ✓Ability to independently scope analytical work and communicate insights
- ✓Attention to detail and commitment to analytical correctness
