We take the best elements of virtual teams and combine them with a support structure that encourages innovation, social interaction, and fun. We see no borders, move at a fast pace, and are never afraid to break the mold.
Job Summary:
Our Product team builds and scales Toptal’s platform and products, working closely with our Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams to support the organization’s growth. We embrace a data-focused approach to ensure each initiative on our product roadmap delivers meaningful impact for both our business and users. Our innovative technology platform enables us to deliver on-demand talent without losing a human touch. The Product team plays a key role in shaping and scaling platform capabilities, including data, automation, and AI-enabled systems that improve how Toptal operates and delivers value. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a highly strategic, cross-cutting product area focused on growth, platform strategy, and portfolio integration. This role is ideal for a customer-centric Product Leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys defining strategy where none yet exists, and wants to own problems with real business impact.
In this role, you will guide a team of Product Managers while also personally owning the product and business strategy that connects Toptal’s core platform, new business initiatives, and acquired products into cohesive, scalable offerings. You will serve as a key decision-maker on the Product Management Leadership team, reporting to the SVP of Product Management, and partnering closely with executives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and M&A.
This is a remote position. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
