About the Role

Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation by building and scaling AI-driven products that expand our service offerings. This role involves leading a team of engineers and collaborating cross-functionally to define, build, and launch mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and lead all aspects of an agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization
→Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences
→Define the scope of new product features and ongoing improvements
→Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria
→Establish and maintain credibility with internal and external partners
→Break down complex problems and use data to inform product direction
→Track progress, assess risks, and coordinate delivery
→Run research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks
→Take ownership of identifying and solving complex product challenges

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline
✓At least 3 years of software product management experience
✓Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery through launch and scale
✓Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices
✓Experience designing and launching AI-driven product features
✓Experience building and orchestrating intelligent workflows
✓Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data
✓Strong expertise in using data to make decisions
✓Ability to build wireframes and mockups
✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
