About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead core FP&A processes and serve as a key thought partner to senior business and finance leadership. This role owns major components of the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management framework, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights that inform executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the key components of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and multi-scenario modeling
- →Lead the financial narrative for executive leadership, including preparation of materials and insights for Executive Leadership Team and Board-level reporting
- →Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting package creation and accuracy
- →Act as the primary FP&A partner to senior functional leaders
- →Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
- →Analyze complex financial information and reports to deliver accurate and timely financial recommendations
- →Define, own, and evolve key performance indicators and performance management frameworks
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts
- →Identify and drive improvements, including the creation of reports, tools, and models
Requirements
- ✓A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field
- ✓A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity-backed environments
- ✓Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- ✓Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Power BI
- ✓Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, complex analyses
- ✓Proven experience owning end-to-end FP&A processes
- ✓Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- ✓Experience managing a team of 2-3+ analysts
- ✓Player-Coach mentality
- ✓Serve as a delegate and proxy for Senior Finance leadership
