About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Performance Manager to join our team at Trendyol Express. This role focuses on managing and improving the performance of Sorting Centers and Main Hubs by tracking key KPIs and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be responsible for performance analyses, system development, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage KPIs of Sorting Centers and Main Hubs
- βPrepare operational performance and efficiency analyses
- βDevelop and manage the Performance Management System
- βMonitor and increase efficiency of Sorting Centers and Main Hubs
- βManage sorter machine operations
- βManage Branch and Transfer Segmentation Strategies
- βTrack transit times and vehicle compatibility
- βTrack and improve delivery times
Requirements
- βGraduation from Engineering faculties (preferably industrial engineering)
- βAt least 3 years of experience in planning departments
- βPreferably with work experience in logistics and distribution sectors
- βGood command of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- βStrong analytical and interpretation skills
- βGood team player with strong communication skills
- βTeam management competencies
- βManagement of transit time and vehicle compatibility tracking
- βGood command of English
