About the Role

We are looking for an HRIS Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing HR systems to ensure data integrity and system accuracy. The position leads HRIS projects including implementations, integrations, and upgrades while translating business needs into clear HR product designs.

Key Responsibilities

→Design HR process journeys using an end-to-end process approach through automation and digitalization
→Leverage HR process digitalization as product manager of HRIS tools like SAP HR and SuccessFactors
→Apply product management principles to HR processes and systems
→Administer, configure, and customize system settings while maintaining HR systems modules
→Lead and participate in HRIS projects including implementations, integrations, and system upgrades
→Translate business needs into clear HR product designs and guide developers
→Manage system access controls and monitor security protocols
→Research best practices and analyze effectiveness of existing HR systems
→Fulfill vendor management including tracking developer activities and vendor contracts

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or quantitative-focused major
✓At least 6 years of HRIS experience preferably in product management or consultancy
✓Excellent command of written and spoken English
✓Experience with system integrations, data migrations, data analysis, and report creation
✓Analytic, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
✓Advanced user of G Suite, MS Excel, and HR information systems
✓Strong communication skills and team player attitude
✓Proven hands-on attitude with flexibility and adaptability
✓Humble and people-oriented approach
