About the Role
We are looking for a Production Merchandising Professional to join Trendyol's Private Label team. This role focuses on building strong supplier partnerships, overseeing vendor onboarding, and ensuring timely, quality deliveries through production monitoring and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage both new and existing vendor relationships
- →Find and onboard new suppliers
- →Follow up CPS regularly to ensure on-time delivery with right quality and quantity
- →Conduct critical path analyses and meet with buying and planning teams for on-time delivery actions
- →Closely monitor all production stages at factories
- →Manage shipment operations and operational staff control in warehouse
- →Follow up after-delivery feedback from warehouse and report to suppliers for process improvement
- →Make daily inspection schedules with QC team
Requirements
- ✓University degree preferably in Textile Engineering
- ✓2-3 years of production merchandising experience in weaving, jersey, denim or knitwear fields
- ✓Able to communicate with suppliers on-site
- ✓High level of analytical and customer-oriented thinking
- ✓Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- ✓Good command of English
- ✓Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
