About the Role
We are looking for an Ads Account Management Professional to drive marketing success for key partners by developing and executing strategic advertising solutions. This role leverages data to identify growth opportunities, develop media plans, and align activities with Trendyol Marketing Solutions objectives to boost brand engagement and accelerate advertising business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build collaborative relationships and develop medium-to-long-term marketing strategies with key partners
- →Lead development of assigned brand marketing strategies including media plans, channel strategies, and reporting
- →Contribute to Trendyol Marketing Solutions growth strategy through category adoption and new brand strategies
- →Leverage data and research to identify growth opportunities for retention and acquisition
- →Collaborate with international accounts and teams on campaigns to increase engagement and acquisition
- →Work with CRM, Digital, Influencer, Product, and Engagement teams to influence new feature development
- →Measure success of new product features and report on iteration opportunities
- →Plan data-driven strategies to align features with customer goals and ensure satisfaction
- →Make phone and video calls to pitch Trendyol Marketing Solutions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable university (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration preferred)
- ✓Minimum 7 years experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, sales, or account management
- ✓Passion for dynamic startup and teamwork environments
- ✓Ability to adapt to changing environments
- ✓Excellent negotiation, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
- ✓Proactive and initiative-taking approach
- ✓Ability to create, execute, and drive multiple tasks with strong ownership
- ✓Strong personal organization and project management abilities
- ✓Experience with e-commerce or retail preferred
- ✓Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- ✓Romanian fluency or proficiency preferred
- ✓Ability to travel domestically and internationally with flexible schedule
