About the Role

We are looking for a Buying Professional to join Trendyolmilla, responsible for translating customer needs and market trends into commercially successful collections. This role involves managing the end-to-end product process from design to production and sales while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

→Understand dynamic customer and market demands
→Track sales and stock reports regularly and create action plans accordingly
→Monitor domestic and international sector improvements and trends closely
→Develop collections according to customer expectations
→Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and search for new resources
→Coordinate all product processes from design phase to production and sales
→Take necessary actions to achieve targets using budget management

Requirements

✓University degree, preferably in Textile Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or Management
✓Minimum 4 years of experience focused on beachwear line in textile or production companies
✓Comfortable with both big picture and small details with analytical thinking
✓Detail-oriented and eager to learn
✓Excellent communicator who can build relationships with diverse stakeholders
✓Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish
