About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist - Marketing to join our growing team at Triple Whale. This role will be critical in ensuring our marketing efforts are measurable, efficient, and deeply connected to revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimize marketing funnel reporting, from first touch through revenue
- →Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure clean handoffs and consistent data
- →Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)
- →Monitor campaign performance, attribution, and conversion rates, surfacing actionable insights
- →Build dashboards and reports that enable leadership to make fast, confident decisions
- →Support marketing process updates and list imports for webinars, tradeshows, dinners, and other field or lifecycle marketing initiatives
- →Ensure accurate lead ingestion, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking across all event-driven campaigns
- →Support lead management processes, including scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions
- →Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across tools, processes, and data
- →Help implement and document scalable RevOps best practices as the company grows
- →Support system integrations used by the Marketing Team
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role
- ✓Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- ✓A data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
- ✓Ability to translate messy data into clear insights and recommendations
- ✓Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams
- ✓High attention to detail paired with a bias toward action
- ✓Comfort moving quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine desire to make systems, and teams, better
