About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at a fast-growing AI technology company. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable software systems that support core product functionality, with a strong focus on backend development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own integrations end to end, from requirements through design, implementation, delivery, and iteration
- →Translate high-level goals into clear execution plans, coordinating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and outcomes
- →Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs in Java (Spring)
- →Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality
- →Ensure reliability and maintainability through ownership of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and well-documented systems
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus, particularly in APIs and integrations
- ✓Solid working knowledge of React, modern JavaScript, and PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases
- ✓Deep understanding of API design and integration best practices
- ✓High level of autonomy and ownership, comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- ✓Strong communication skills and demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools
