About the Role
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team, focusing on planning, designing, and executing automated testing strategies within the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical in ensuring platform stability and performance during major releases and continuous development cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute automated testing strategies focused on upgrade regression coverage
- →Develop, configure, and maintain advanced ServiceNow ATF scripts for core modules and custom applications
- →Build and maintain a comprehensive Upgrade Regression Suite
- →Perform regression testing for new releases and platform upgrades
- →Establish performance baselines using ATF and identify areas for remediation
- →Identify, log, and track defects discovered through automation
- →Continuously update and refine automated test libraries
- →Translate business processes into executable test cases
- →Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and promote ATF best practices
- →Collaborate with QA, developers, and architects throughout the test lifecycle
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow ATF Engineer or Specialist
- ✓Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- ✓Solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- ✓Proven experience with upgrade and regression testing
- ✓Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
- ✓Deep understanding of automated testing methodologies, UI testing, and BDD
- ✓Experience working with developers and solution architects
- ✓Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration testing
- ✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect management tools
- ✓CIS-ATF (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Automated Test Framework) certification is highly preferred
