About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the expansion of B2C digital initiatives for a global media organization. This role focuses on building and scaling digital advertising opportunities while ensuring ADA accessibility compliance and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage project scope, collaborating on goals, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and tracking change requests
→Lead project planning and progress tracking, working with the team on estimates and schedules
→Serve as team lead, assembling cross-functional teams and managing performance
→Develop and execute risk management plans, identifying potential risks and defining mitigation strategies
→Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
→Document QA processes, implementation procedures, and technical specifications
→Support the rollout of new products and technical integrations for advertising vendors
→Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, consent, accessibility, and regulatory requirements
→Monitor performance data in Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and other third-party systems

Requirements

✓5+ years of professional experience in a Technical Project Manager or similar role
✓Experience working with CMS-based products and understanding CMS vs non-CMS platforms
✓Experience with both Fixed Price / Fixed Timeline and Time & Materials delivery models
✓Strong understanding of traditional and agile project management methodologies
✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✓Ability to translate high-level requirements into clear documentation
✓Strong collaboration skills with business, product, and technical teams
✓Ability to review and intervene in user stories to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready
✓Technical understanding of systems and technologies being developed
✓Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Excel, Notion, and Confluence
✓Understanding of data tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
