About the Role
True Zero Technologies is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves supporting cloud infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and implementing security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in deploying and configuring virtual machines, storage, and networking components
- →Track system performance metrics using tools like AWS CloudWatch or Azure Monitor
- →Identify, document, and resolve minor technical issues or infrastructure errors
- →Write and maintain basic scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- →Apply security best practices, such as managing user access, firewalls, and security groups
- →Work with developers and DevOps teams to support application deployment and CI/CD pipelines
- →Update technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
Requirements
- ✓BA or BS degree, or at least 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- ✓Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- ✓Approved to work in the United States
- ✓Ability to work well in a team environment
- ✓Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, services, migration, and security
- ✓Experience with Cloud-based Computer Network Defense (CND)
- ✓Experience with cloud automation and scripting
