About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at TrustedHousesitters. This role focuses on transforming knowledge and expertise into engaging learning experiences that support our high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Transform existing ideas and resources into polished learning and development materials
- →Design and build engaging digital learning content across various formats
- →Develop and maintain learning spaces in Notion, creating intuitive and well-structured content
- →Work closely with subject matter experts to create practical learning experiences
- →Support the development and launch of our manager curriculum and L&D toolkit
- →Help embed a feedback-rich, high-performance culture through scalable learning solutions
- →Review and audit existing learning frameworks to identify gaps and improvement areas
- →Track learning engagement and effectiveness, using insights to improve content
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in a digital learning role within a fast-paced startup or scale-up
- ✓Strong grounding in learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning best practices
- ✓Experience building from the ground up, turning notes into impactful content
- ✓Ability to create visually appealing and interactive content
- ✓Hands-on experience with Notion, Canva, and video creation tools
- ✓Experience using AI thoughtfully to enhance learning content
- ✓Collaborative approach with excellent cross-functional communication skills
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
