What you'll do
Account Management & Relationship Leadership

Own and develop senior-level relationships across a portfolio of key UK-based Gaming and FS clients
β’
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and client satisfaction
β’
Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership
β’
Identify and execute opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, new use cases)
β’
Develop and deliver account plans aligned with client objectives and Trustlyβs growth strategy
β’
Negotiate commercial agreements and renewals to maximize long-term value
Client Success & Strategic Support
β’
Drive adoption of Trustly products and features to increase client performance and ROI
β’
Monitor account performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data and market trends
β’
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance) to deliver solutions that meet client needs
Market Expertise & Thought Leadership
β’
Maintain a strong understanding of the UK and EU gaming and financial services landscape, including payments and regulatory developments
β’
Provide strategic input to clients on industry trends and innovation opportunities
β’
Represent Trustly at industry events
Who you are
Experience & Skills
β’
Strong experience (typically 3+ years) in account management, client success, or commercial roles within payments, gaming, and/or financial services
β’
Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts
β’
Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and contract negotiations
β’
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Domain Knowledge
β’
Good understanding of payments, open banking, or A2A ecosystems
β’
Experience working with Gaming and/or Financial Services clients is highly desirable
β’
Familiarity with UK market dynamics and regulatory environment is a plus
