About the Role
We are seeking a customer-obsessed Account Manager to join Trustpilot in Denmark. In this pivotal role, you will be the commercial driving force, ensuring Danish customers understand the value of our platform and driving retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of a customer portfolio for the Danish market
- →Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- →Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and contract renewal
- →Develop and implement tailored strategies for the Danish market
- →Ensure premium client experience by understanding objectives and KPIs
- →Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
- →Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
- →Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
- →Successfully onboard clients and ensure subscription utilization
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
- ✓1-3 years of Sales/Account Management/Customer Success experience, preferably in software industries
- ✓Commitment to understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations
- ✓Experience managing customer portfolios with focus on retention
- ✓Proven experience in B2B sales or account management with subscription models
- ✓Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- ✓Thrive in a team-based environment
