Are you a social media specialist who lives in-feed and knows exactly what captures attention?
Trustpilot is looking for a Global Social Media Manager to join our Creative Studio as our dedicated expert in all things social. This isn't just about posting content; youβll be a key creative contributor, bridging the gap between high-level brand goals and platform-native reality.
You'll have the autonomy to concept, pitch, and polish content that actually gets talked about, helping to shape the trajectory of a globally loved brand. If you thrive on the pace of real-time trends and possess the creative insight to cut through the noise, we want you on our team.
What you'll be doing:
The Global Social Media Manager serves as the Studioβs expert on social best-practice, leading creative concepting and end-to-end publishing to support brand relevance and engagement.
β’ Concept and pitch social-first ideas during Studio brainstorms, using data and trend insights to create original content that aligns with global themes
β’ Lead global publishing and execution across channels like LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring 100% accuracy, optimal timing, and platform-perfect formatting
β’ Deliver best-in-class social copywriting that balances TrustpilotΚΌs global tone of voice with platform-native wit and high-engagement hooks.
β’ Operationalise global consistency by defining guidelines and playbooks that empower regional teams while remaining locally relevant
β’ Drive reactive brand participation by identifying trending audio or memes daily and working with the creative team to get "on-trend" posts live quickly.
β’ Act as the frontline voice of the brand, helping to engage with the community in comments and DMs with speed and personality
β’ Monitor and report on performance, pulling weekly data on reach and engagement to provide actionable insights for future creative concepts
β’ Support Studio operations by managing intake requests and briefing design agencies or freelancers to ensure a seamless project flow.
Who you are:
β’ Social media expert: You have extensive dedicated experience in social media roles with a portfolio that showcases original concepts brought to life
β’ Strategic pitcher: You can present ideas persuasively in meetings and asynchronous communication, backed by an understanding of what resonates
β’ Platform specialist: You have hands-on knowledge of social platforms and tools like Sprout Social, including a deep understanding of technical specs and accessibility
β’ Strong creative copywriter: You possess strong short-form writing skills with a focus on hooks and clear calls to action
β’ Trend-focused and proactive: You are creatively energetic, constantly ideating, and able to maintain the stamina required for a fast-paced environment
β’ Detail-oriented: You have a careful eye for typos and mistakes, ensuring every post meets the highest standards
β’ Global mindset (Desirable): Experience working in multi-market environments or basic social-first editing skills is a plus.
