About the Role
We are looking for a Mandarin Speaker Account Manager to join Trustpilot, the world's largest independent consumer review platform. As a strategic partner for mid-market and enterprise customers in the Asia region, you will drive growth and demonstrate measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to position Trustpilot as a mission-critical partner
- →Navigate large enterprise structures to identify key decision-makers and build influence at the C-suite level
- →Take responsibility for the full renewal lifecycle, identifying and reducing commercial churn risks
- →Drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deliver high Net Revenue Retention
- →Leverage financial acumen to understand client budget cycles and business metrics
- →Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align our roadmap with Asian market requirements
Requirements
- ✓Professional proficiency in Mandarin is essential for managing the Greater China book of business
- ✓Deep working knowledge of Asia market dynamics and business etiquette
- ✓Several years of experience in account management or renewals within the technology sector
- ✓Experience meeting revenue targets and understanding of ROI-based selling
- ✓Skilled in building detailed account plans and stakeholder maps for complex organizations
- ✓Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, digital marketing, and digital transformation in Asia markets
