About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Trustpilot, the world's largest independent consumer review platform. You will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve success with Trustpilot, from onboarding to measurable results and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead high-stakes post-sale alignment for key accounts
→Translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives
→Own the holistic health and Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) of your portfolio
→Serve as the primary consultant for your accounts
→Synthesize complex customer requirements into structured insights for the Global Product Roadmap
→Maintain rigorous portfolio hygiene and identify systemic bottlenecks

Requirements

✓Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
✓Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and proficient in English
✓Strong experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS or technology environment
✓Good understanding of the digital advertising/search marketing industry
✓Proven ability to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention
✓Solution-seeking mindset with high agency
✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✓Passion for helping customers succeed
✓Advanced proficiency in data interpretation
