About the Role
Trustpilot is seeking their first Technical Account Manager for the European market. This role involves acting as the technical partner for the company's largest and most complex customers across Europe, ensuring their integrations are successful and technical performance is optimal.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with leadership to define best practices, workflows, and standards for technical account management at Trustpilot.
- →Oversee technical setup and API configurations for top-tier European enterprise clients.
- →Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-launch, ensuring performance and issue resolution.
- →Work with Customer Success Managers to monitor product usage and ensure customers leverage technical capabilities.
- →Represent technical needs of complex customers to Product and Engineering teams.
- →Manage escalation paths and coordinate resolution of critical technical incidents.
- →Collaborate across borders with Product, Support, and Success teams for a cohesive customer experience.
- →Identify recurring issues and innovative ideas to enhance platform reliability.
Requirements
- ✓Strong English skills.
- ✓Experience in technical account management or solution support within complex SaaS or web technology environments.
- ✓Solid understanding of APIs, web integrations, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, REST).
- ✓Experience partnering with enterprise clients across European markets.
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- ✓Customer-centric mindset with experience navigating internal and external partner needs.
- ✓Comfortable using Salesforce, ticketing systems, and data analytics tools.
