About the Role
We are looking for a Graduate QA Engineer to join our QA Competency Center at TrustYou. This role offers hands-on experience with real production systems and modern quality practices in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve the reliability and stability of features used by hospitality professionals worldwide
- →Help prevent regressions by strengthening test coverage
- →Bring structure and clarity to test documentation, execution, and reporting
- →Support faster and safer releases through consistent quality practices
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of our QA processes and tooling
- →Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in a cross-functional setup
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- ✓Structured and organized way of working, even when juggling multiple tasks
- ✓Genuine interest in software quality and user experience
- ✓Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, browsers)
- ✓Some exposure to testing concepts, test case design, or testing tools
- ✓Willingness to learn test automation (e.g., UI or API testing) and work with modern tooling
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a transparent environment
- ✓Fluency in English
