About the Role
We are looking for an AI-Native Product Manager to join Jeeves, a groundbreaking financial operating system for global businesses. This role will own the Finance Automation pillar, defining how global customers manage spend, automate expense workflows, and eliminate manual financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- βIdentify workflows where finance professionals lose hours to manual work and determine where AI can collapse multi-step processes into zero-effort outcomes
- βPrototype and evaluate AI-powered approaches to validate solutions before implementation
- βPartner with engineering to move from validated concept to production with speed and pragmatism
- βConduct regular customer discovery interviews and synthesize qualitative feedback across markets
- βDefine and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention
- βRun structured experiments to validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources
- βDefine and own the product strategy for Finance Automation
- βIdentify new market opportunities and potential risks in fintech and spend management
- βLead continuous product development and own outcomes end-to-end
- βCommunicate product strategy, progress, and decisions with clarity and precision
Requirements
- β3+ years of management consulting at a top-tier firm or product management experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or multi-market operations
- βFluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese required, trilingual a plus
- βExceptional analytical skills with comfort building models, writing SQL, and digging into large datasets
- βStrong qualitative research instincts for running customer interviews and synthesizing insights
- βProven track record of shipping and iterating on successful products
- βOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- βHands-on comfort with AI tooling for testing prompts, evaluating model outputs, and building prototypes
- βBased in Latin America, preferably in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil
- βWillingness to work across global time zones, including up to 10% travel
