About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our international team working on foreign projects across various sectors. This role involves handling diverse positions ranging from drivers for field projects to specialists in IT and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage full-cycle recruitment for positions at various levels and directions.
- βActively source candidates through job platforms, social networks, and alternative channels.
- βConduct initial screenings and communicate with candidates at all stages of the process.
- βCoordinate interviews and accompany candidates through to the hiring stage.
- βWork with large volumes of information and maintain recruitment documentation.
Requirements
- βPrevious experience in recruitment is not mandatory.
- βEnglish language at B2 level or higher (most vacancies are for foreign clients).
- βKnowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- βConfident PC skills.
- βHigh level of self-organization and effective time management.
- βAttention to detail and responsibility.
- βCreative approach and result orientation.
