About the Role
We are looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead TTEC Digital's strategic sales organization. This remote U.S.-based role will drive growth across our portfolio of CX transformation, CCaaS, AI, and CRM modernization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on strategic growth opportunities
- →Drive bookings, revenue, and margin expansion across TTEC Digital’s portfolio
- →Establish and foster executive-level relationships with clients and strategic partners
- →Ensure excellence in pipeline creation, forecasting, sales discipline, and account strategy
- →Collaborate with professional services, delivery, and operational leaders
- →Maintain understanding of emerging trends in CX, AI, and digital channels
- →Provide industry thought leadership and competitive insights
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of enterprise sales and sales leadership experience
- ✓Proven ability to develop C-suite and senior executive relationships
- ✓Demonstrated success in winning multi-million-dollar strategic deals
- ✓Strong experience developing go-to-market strategies and sales plans
- ✓Expertise with leading CX and CCaaS platforms
- ✓Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree preferred
