About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our expanding team at Turner & Townsend. This role involves leading high-profile projects across Infrastructure, focusing on low carbon, clean energy, and transmission distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients on infrastructure or energy projects/programmes across the lifecycle
→Set high standards and manage performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently
→Lead and be accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility
→Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary
→Promote inclusive teamwork, building and fostering trust with empathy
→Foster client and industry partnerships, developing and growing relationships
→Coach and mentor others, encouraging development of people around you
→Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients

Requirements

✓Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure or energy projects/programmes
✓Excellent leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance
✓Practical understanding of CDM and ability to apply it appropriately across teams
✓Ability to anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions
✓Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
