About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager with a FIDIC Contract Manager role to join our team for data centers projects. This critical position ensures successful project implementation and execution while adhering to FIDIC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- โProvide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- โReview and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings for FIDIC compliance
- โDevelop project execution plans aligned with FIDIC guidelines
- โParticipate in tendering and procurement processes ensuring contract terms align with FIDIC standards
- โConduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance
- โAssess and evaluate variations, claims, and disputes according to FIDIC procedures
- โReview project schedules and deliverables for alignment with FIDIC obligations
- โCoordinate meetings, workshops, and negotiations related to FIDIC contract management
- โMaintain comprehensive documentation of FIDIC-related activities
- โProvide technical support to address challenges and resolve issues
- โStay updated with FIDIC standards and industry best practices
Requirements
- โMinimum of 8 years of experience as a FIDIC Contract Manager
- โExpertise in FIDIC contract guidelines and best practices
- โStrong analytical skills for contract document review
- โExperience in project execution planning
- โKnowledge of tendering and procurement processes
- โAbility to conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- โExperience in assessing variations, claims, and disputes
