Salary Range
$103,428 - $139,932 /year

Key Responsibilities
- โOversee and monitor project delivery around schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk
- โDevelop the Project Execution Plan aligned with the Contracting Entity's standards and methods
- โEngage with and manage project relationships with stakeholders
- โLead project coordination ensuring interfaces are addressed at all stages of the project lifecycle
- โMaintain the Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed task tracker
- โWork with technical teams in coordinating design consultants and external service providers
- โOrganize design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to the Contractor
- โCommunicate design changes to relevant project team members and stakeholders
- โReport monthly on project tasks throughout the projectโs lifecycle
- โMaintain the overall project risk register and update at monthly progress meetings
- โIdentify opportunities to improve Project Management procedures, templates, and products
- โMonitor and apply performance management techniques
- โManage the change control process
- โManage the flow of project information between the team and the client
- โReview and accept programme submissions
- โLead and act in the spirit of mutual trust and cooperation
- โCommunicate and issue documents as required by the ECC
- โManage the compensation event process
- โAssess payment after each assessment interval
Requirements
- โMinimum 10 years of experience in the Construction/Infrastructure sector including relevant aviation and/or other related projects
- โUnderstanding of operating in a live site
- โExperience of operating on site, not just office based
- โTangible experience of documenting best practice construction project management policies and standards
- โTrack record of delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget
- โKnowledge of operating as a clientโs project manager
- โExperience of dealing with a range of stakeholders at all levels
- โStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- โAbility to govern and drive outcomes to ensure project outputs that meet required standards
- โKnowledge of NEC and FIDIC suite of contracts
- โKnowledge of Engineering and Project Management Principles
- โPlanning capability and ability to use Oracle Primavera 6 scheduling system
- โKnowledge of Policies and Procedures implementation
- โAbility to make decisions and demonstrate the logic in reaching those decisions
