About the Role
We are seeking a Product Implementation Consultant to support clients in the configuration, deployment, and adoption of the Hive Platform. This role involves becoming a Hive product expert and leading clients through discovery, configuration, onboarding, training, and long-term adoption support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop deep knowledge of all Hive apps, modules, and data structures.
- →Lead workshops to understand client delivery processes, data models, and required delivery workflows.
- →Configure Hive environments including cost control structures, cost planning models, parametric modelling inputs, project management modules, market rates libraries, benchmarking datasets, and portal dashboards.
- →Develop training materials aligned to each Hive application and the client’s deployment model.
- →Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and embed best practice digital delivery.
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Hive Platform and its various applications.
- ✓Experience in client discovery and requirements gathering.
- ✓Strong skills in platform configuration and implementation.
- ✓Ability to develop and deliver training materials.
- ✓Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
- ✓Strong client relationship management skills.
