About the Role

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead all phases of the delivery process for large and high-profile clients. This role involves managing client expectations, directing team activities, and ensuring contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• →Communicate with clients and manage expectations on resourcing needs, project performance, risks, status reporting, and issues escalation
• →Direct all phases of the delivery process including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution
• →Provide formal supervision to direct report employees across Canada, the US and EMEA
• →Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
• →Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts are accurate, timely, and compliant
• →Develop new business growth and maintain existing business relationships
• →Maintain full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts
• →Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans
• →Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines and drive financial and functional performance
• →Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with Turner & Townsend values
• →Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines
• →Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems
• →Work in partnership with various teams to provide a fully integrated and seamless service
• →Ensure that all account KPIs and SLAs are achieved
