About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Director in Project Management to lead complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion. This strategic role involves overseeing project delivery, stakeholder management, and team development while ensuring projects meet client expectations and budgetary targets.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
→Develop and implement the overall project execution strategy with defined KPIs
→Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards for strategic decision-making
→Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
→Manage invoicing processes using D-365, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
→Contribute to business development initiatives and client presentations
→Lead resource planning across projects for timely delivery and cost efficiency

Requirements

✓Proven experience in project management within construction or workplace projects
✓Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop junior team members
✓Expertise in project governance frameworks and control mechanisms
✓Experience with financial oversight and contract administration
✓Knowledge of procurement processes from tender strategy to vendor selection
✓Familiarity with D-365 for financial management
✓Strategic thinking and commercial awareness for business development
