About the Role
We are seeking an expert Project Manager with aviation industry experience to lead projects through design, procurement, and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead individual tasks throughout the design, procurement and construction process
- →Work with client teams to identify initial budgets and scheduling at project feasibility
- →Set up and lead meetings, transcribe meeting minutes and drive action items to closure
- →Ensure project compliance with client’s document controls and file specifications
- →Collaborate and coordinate client stakeholders, consultants, vendors and contractors
- →Provide regular reporting and maintain budget and schedule
- →Run procurement, recommend and appoint consultants and contractors
- →Elicit and review results from appointed parties
- →Coordinate Contracts and Master Service Agreements
- →Manage change orders and administer project observation reports
- →Process payments to consultants, contractors and vendors
- →Manage punch-lists and participate in commissioning
- →Administer project closeout documentation including lessons learned workshops
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in project management within the aviation industry
- ✓Strong leadership skills for guiding tasks through all project phases
- ✓Experience with client budgeting and scheduling at feasibility stages
- ✓Ability to set up and lead effective meetings and track action items
- ✓Knowledge of document controls and file specifications
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
