About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to effectively deliver a range of tasks to high quality standards and assist with project management commissions and end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the flow of project information between the wider team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- →Knowledge management to our own systems and tools – complying with our business management system and process
- →Read and understand documents defining the project, including agreements, designs, specifications, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and change orders
- →Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and keep files for due diligence and financials
- →Manage project correspondence (Meetings, Reports, Memos, Emails, etc.) to help, support, and track with the wider team
Requirements
- ✓Experience in the Corporate Interior sector
- ✓Knowledge of all aspects of a project, including Civil-Structural and Electro-Mechanical Engineering areas
- ✓Ability to manage multiple timelines and project elements simultaneously, setting priorities, and working to targets and deadlines
