About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects within a real estate project management consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, managing end-to-end execution.
- →Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- →Review technical submittals and ensure integration of mechanical systems with PEB structures.
- →Implement QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
