About the Role
We are seeking a Project Scheduler to manage project timelines and ensure alignment with project objectives. This role involves critical path analysis, progress monitoring, and report generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage project schedules
- →Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
- →Prepare baseline programs, monitor progress, and update schedules regularly
- →Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and identify potential delays or risks
- →Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules
- →Support cost control and resource planning by integrating schedules with budgets and manpower plans
- →Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on schedule performance
- →Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones
- →Assist in claims analysis and extension of time (EOT) submissions
- →Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects
