About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civils and energy infrastructure to lead complex projects. This role focuses on managing medium and high voltage systems, with a particular emphasis on substation works, ring main cabling, and large-scale renewable energy installations.
Key Responsibilities
- โLead the planning, execution, and delivery of energy-focused infrastructure projects from concept to completion
- โManage multidisciplinary teams across civil, electrical, and environmental engineering
- โOversee substation construction and commissioning, including HV/MV systems and ring main cabling
- โCoordinate the design and installation of renewable energy systems (solar PV, geothermal, ground source heat pumps)
- โEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- โManage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- โLiaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- โPrepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation
