About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management activities and ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and familiarize with project design, contract documentation, and contractor submissions
- →Attend project review meetings, site meetings, and design meetings
- →Provide regular reports to the company, including photos and comments on site QA/QC, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) process
- →Coordinate the review of shop drawings from contractors with consultant’s design documentation
- →Prepare Project Update material for Cluster meetings
- →Update the Project Cost Status report monthly
- →Coordinate and follow up on comments from internal stakeholders
- →Review submissions and Request for Information (RFI) from contractors and responses from consultants
- →Track work status that requires follow-up actions
- →Conduct regular site checks on installation methods, workmanship, and quality assurance processes
- →Attend and follow up on EHS, Security, and other incident matters
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project coordination or similar role
- ✓Strong understanding of contract documentation and procurement processes
- ✓Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- ✓Knowledge of QA/QC and EHS processes
- ✓Experience with site management and contractor coordination
