Key Responsibilities
- →Support the development of junior team members by providing day-to-day guidance, sharing technical knowledge, and encouraging collaboration
- →Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives
- →Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met
- →Manage the implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items
- →Monitor progress and quality through regular updates and collaboration with site teams or contractors
- →Oversee and manage external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure their deliverables align with the project’s strategic objectives
- →Produce comprehensive project reports that capture key updates, risks, decisions, and action items
- →Manage the full procurement process for consultants, including drafting scopes, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts
Requirements
- ✓Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Excel
- ✓Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and reporting
- ✓Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and manage external consultants
- ✓Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety standards, and environmental standards
- ✓Experience with procurement processes and contract negotiation
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
