About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise account team. This role involves leading tasks throughout the design, procurement, and construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead individual tasks throughout the design, procurement, and construction process
- →Work with the client team to identify initial budgets and scheduling
- →Set up and lead meetings, transcribe meeting minutes, and drive action items to closure
- →Ensure project compliance with client’s document controls and file specifications
- →Collaborate and coordinate client stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- →Provide regular reporting
- →Maintain budget and schedule, identifying potential solutions for issues
- →Run procurement, recommend and appoint consultants and contractors
- →Elicit and review results from appointed parties
- →Coordinate Contracts and Master Service Agreements
- →Manage change orders
- →Attend site visits during construction
- →Administer project observation reports
- →Process payments to consultants, contractors, and vendors
- →Manage punch-lists
- →Participate in commissioning
- →Administer and coordinate project closeout documentation
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management within the design, procurement, and construction process
- ✓Strong leadership and coordination skills
- ✓Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
- ✓Excellent communication and reporting skills
- ✓Knowledge of document controls and file specifications
- ✓Experience with contracts and agreements
