About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Engineering Director to join our team and work with a key technology client. This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing CQV procedures and managing third-party efforts, working closely with the QA/QC Director.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide senior-level technical oversight and guidance for select megaprojects
- →Establish and enforce engineering standards, design criteria, and technical governance frameworks
- →Oversee the design, integration, and commissioning of electrical distribution systems, fiber networks, and critical power systems
- →Provide technical direction for capital programs exceeding $1B
- →Lead commissioning strategy and execution for major systems
- →Serve as a senior technical representative in discussions with clients and regulatory agencies
- →Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 20 years leading and directing CQV professionals
- ✓Strong scientific or engineering background with experience in CRDR, IQ, OQ, and PQ
- ✓Deep expertise in fiber and electrical systems
- ✓Extensive experience delivering data centers, semiconductor facilities, energy systems, or large-scale infrastructure megaprojects
- ✓Exceptional technical judgment and cross-disciplinary engineering knowledge
- ✓Ability to lead technical teams across complex, fast-paced environments
- ✓Resilient, self-starter with initiative to drive activities with limited supervision
- ✓Experience with engineering governance, commissioning, QA/QC, and technical risk management
- ✓SOX control responsibilities experience a plus
