About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Twilio's Platform and Applications support team. This role will support customers' use of the Twilio platform and help them get the best experience from Twilio's products.

Key Responsibilities

→Address customer issues and provide customer feedback to Twilio’s Product and Engineering teams
→Work with customers' and partners' developers to resolve complex problems
→Troubleshoot and resolve Quality of Service (QoS) issues
→Collaborate with teammates and Twilio Product and Engineering teams
→Review internal knowledge to stay current on industry shifts and standards
→Assist in process improvements by surfacing customer pain points
→Support customers on holidays

Requirements

✓2+ years of Technical Support Experience or similar relevant experience
✓Full-Stack JavaScript Tech Support experience with capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code
✓Understanding of OOP concepts
✓Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues with TCP/UDP and SSL/TLS basics
✓High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
