About the Role

You will assist the Creator Operations team at Ubisoft Global Publishing in implementing and optimizing processes and tools for managing campaigns with content creators.

Key Responsibilities

→Contribute to project management, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
→Coordinate efforts between different teams for smooth project execution
→Assist in planning and coordinating the deployment of new operational processes
→Train teams on new procedures and provide continuous support
→Document processes and create user guides and manuals
→Evaluate existing processes and tools to identify inefficiencies
→Collaborate on automation solutions to optimize operations
→Track and analyze performance indicators to measure improvements
→Monitor industry news and conduct benchmarks on creator strategies
