About the Role
Join Ubisoft’s Customer Experience (CX) Program Management team and gain hands-on experience in an international and fast-paced environment. You will help mobilize and work closely with cross-functional teams across Ubisoft to plan and execute efficient live events while advocating for the player experience and proactively safeguarding our franchises and company reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in planning and managing live events for Ubisoft’s games and services
- →Work on continuous improvement and process evolution by collaborating with internal partners
- →Ensure knowledge management by developing and maintaining clear work instructions and process workflows
- →Gather and analyze data from past live events to extract actionable insights
- →Assist with transversal projects to improve collaboration across global publishing
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills to drive process improvements
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience with project management tools and techniques
- ✓Understanding of player experience and its importance in gaming
- ✓Proficiency in using Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, and Signavio
