About the Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join the Direct-to-Player (D2P) team at Ubisoft. This role will support the coordination efforts within the e-commerce operations department, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with internal and external departments to support e-commerce operations
- →Gather contribution elements for homepage and product pages (localized text, images, sales schedules, timing, etc.)
- →Collect feedback from various internal and external sources to improve the overall e-commerce experience
- →Foster and maintain productive collaboration with different e-commerce departments to optimize resource allocation and minimize operational risks
- →Support key processes to facilitate the adoption of initiatives and events within the group
- →Facilitate and adjust internal workflows to support new events and features
- →Act as guardian of internal processes and their optimization to establish better methodologies
- →Be proactive and take initiatives to help generate added value
- →Embody Ubisoft Attributes by acting as a role model, collaborating constructively, inspiring positively, and stepping out of your comfort zone to improve professional skills
