About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team and turn raw data into actionable insights that directly influence the success of our games. This role involves analyzing a broad portfolio of games with varied player audiences and User Acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather needs from various teams and propose tailored analytical solutions and visualizations.
- →Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs.
- →Oversee the production of relevant and actionable analysis for different stakeholders.
- →Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data relevance and optimize data flows.
- →Identify and specify new data source requirements, coordinate with the data Engineering team for implementation, and ensure the quality and reliability of these data sources.
- →Automate key dashboards and reports.
- →Ensure data reliability and the accuracy of their visualization.
- →Manage and mentor team members, support their growth, and promote best practices.
- →Work closely with a wide range of teams to understand their needs and build a strategy to fit their needs.
- →Promote a strong data-driven culture across the studio.
- →Train operating teams on data tools and in how to interpret insights effectively.
- →Collaborate with other Ubisoft data teams to share knowledge and align best practices.
