YOUR MISSION
As a Project Management Intern, you will be part of the Professional Services team, supporting the coordination and delivery of enterprise automation projects for our customers. In this role, youβll collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and outstanding customer outcomes.
You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and operational excellence, contributing to the successful delivery of intelligent automation solutions.
WHAT YOUβLL DO AT UIPATH
- Support project coordination for customer and internal engagements by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, monitoring timesheets, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
- Maintain key project documents, such as meeting notes, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.
- Help coordinate communication and information flow between internal teams and customers to ensure alignment.
- Track project milestones and dependencies, escalating potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Support resource planning by helping coordinate team availability and scheduling across multiple projects.
- Help organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows within projects.
WHAT YOUβLL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
- Previous internship or project experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset and comfort in client-facing situations.
- Collaborative team player able to work adeptly across functions.
- Eagerness to learn about enterprise software, automation, and technology project delivery.
- Interest in technology and process improvement for business operations.
- Exposure to automation, AI, or enterprise software projects is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with the UiPath platform is beneficial but not required.
