YOUR MISSION
The Sales Operations team is responsible for enabling UiPathβs go-to-market strategy by supporting sales planning, reporting, and analysis that drive better decisions and improve performance. We are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Operations Intern to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Planning & Operations team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of data, strategy, and business execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support our team in day-to-day operational activities, data analysis, and cross-functional projects that directly impact our global sales organization. You will work alongside experienced operators and analysts, gaining exposure to the tools, frameworks, and processes that drive revenue excellence.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about translating data into meaningful business insights.
Start date: July 2026
This is a hybrid 3-month position from the Bucharest office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
- Partner with team members on analytical projects: assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales performance reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel (including pipeline & revenue analysis)
- Help build and update Excel models and spreadsheets used for territory planning, target tracking, and productivity analysis.
- Support data hygiene efforts by identifying and correcting data quality issues in our CRM and reporting tools.
- Contribute to the development of executive-ready presentations that communicate key metrics and operational insights to sales leadership.
- Create documentation for different process and projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline recurring workflows and propose process improvements
- Participate in GTM planning activities such as territory mapping, segmentation reviews, and reporting cadences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Tech, and Marketing Operations on shared projects and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β comfortable working with data and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas); experience with PowerPoint or Google Slides is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or Salesforce is a strong plus β but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly present findings to a team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Prior internship or coursework experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or Consulting is a plus.
