About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead, develop, and scale our Business Development team at Unframe, an AI startup helping enterprise companies adopt AI in real-world products. You will drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound and inbound prospecting, working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

→Build, manage, and scale a high-performing BDR/SDR team
→Design and implement outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
→Track and analyze team performance metrics
→Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead scoring and qualification criteria
→Partner with Account Executives to define ICP and prioritize target accounts
→Align with Revenue Leadership on goals and territory planning

Requirements

✓3+ years of SaaS or B2B tech sales experience with 2+ years in a sales development leadership role
✓Track record of building and scaling SDR/BDR teams in high-growth environments
✓Strong coaching and performance management skills
✓Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate strategy
✓Proficiency with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and SalesLoft
✓Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics and performance dashboards
