About the Role
Unframe is seeking its first Technical Writer to define and implement documentation strategies for enterprise AI solutions. This foundational role will build the structure and standards for all company documentation, creating client-facing materials that impact customer adoption and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and implement Unframe’s documentation strategy, architecture, and governance
- →Build scalable documentation frameworks for multiple AI solutions
- →Establish cross-functional documentation processes across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
- →Create client-facing materials including solution overviews, technical documentation, and integration guides
- →Translate complex AI systems into structured content
- →Design AI-assisted documentation workflows
- →Create visual documentation assets including diagrams and architecture flows
- →Ensure documentation remains accurate and aligned with product releases
- →Manage multiple documentation initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- ✓Native-level English fluency
- ✓3+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- ✓Experience building documentation functions
- ✓Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
- ✓Experience with AI documentation tools
- ✓Experience producing client-facing technical materials
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Exceptional writing skills with attention to clarity and precision
