About the Role
We are looking for a Global FP&A Manager to act as the senior finance partner for our Customer Success (CS) organization. This role focuses on driving financial governance and insight across global CS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own project-level financial governance and performance reporting across the global Customer Success portfolio
- →Ensure accurate and consistent project accounting, including revenue and cost matching, accruals, WIP, unbilled revenue, and aged debt
- →Deliver timely month-end close outputs with clear insight, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary
- →Act as the senior finance partner to CS leadership, Delivery Directors, PMO, and Project Managers
- →Confidently challenge delivery assumptions, commercial constructs, margin expectations, and project plans
- →Translate financial data into actionable insight to support improved margin performance and delivery outcomes
- →Coordinate global CS forecasting cycles, maintaining robust forecast records and assumptions
- →Support scenario modelling to inform operational, resourcing, and commercial decisions
- →Partner closely with PMO to maintain strong project governance, including scope control, change management, and commercial terms
- →Support billing accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Delivery teams
- →Support Customer Success-related internal and external audit activities
- →Maintain strong controls across project data, revenue recognition, and reporting processes
- →Work closely with FP&A, Group Accounting, Billing & AR, PMO, Delivery Management, Resource Management, and Deal Desk teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience in financial planning and analysis within a global organization
- ✓Strong understanding of project accounting principles and financial reporting
- ✓Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
- ✓Experience with month-end close processes and variance analysis
- ✓Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- ✓Experience with forecasting and scenario modelling
- ✓Ability to challenge assumptions and provide actionable financial insights
- ✓Experience supporting billing and revenue recognition processes
- ✓Experience with audit support and financial controls
